While “Broad City’s” third season started out slow, things have really picked up in the Comedy Central half-hour’s last couple episodes.
This season’s fourth episode, “Rat Pack,” was well-paced and hysterical — what with Ilana Glazer’s weed-fueled, rat-infested house party filled with Abbi Jacobson’s failed Tinder dates. And this week’s ep, the Hillary Clinton-starring “2016,” was also a winner — though the Democratic presidential front-runner’s cameo at the end wasn’t nearly as on-point and true-to-life as Abbi’s “quest to take the perfect driver’s license photo.”

When Glazer and Jacobson stopped by Bravo late-night talker “Watch What Happens Live” earlier this week, they dished on all things weed with host Andy Cohen — also a cannabis aficionado, as we’ve reported.
And even though Glazer and Jacobson always look and sound so very uncomfortable when they’re outside the well-scripted confines of “Broad City” — as seen via their awkward and unfunny live tour in November 2014 — they still shared some interesting tidbits with Cohen.
When Cohen referenced the show’s nightly drinking game (the secret word was “Yaaaas,” familiar to any “Broad City” fan), Cohen reminded his viewers to “drink, or live that vape life, which is the life that I ascribe to.”
After a viewer asked the ladies “What percentage of weed smoked on ‘Broad City’ is real?” — a great question, bee-tee-dubs — Glazer answered, somewhat anticlimactically:
“Zero percent. It’s actually kinda gross. It’s harsher than weed, just like the fake tobacco is kinda harsher. You can’t do (real weed) on a set. And also, it’s like: ‘What, I’m gonna get high and ruin the next takes?’ C’mon, time’s money, baby.”

Jacobson added: “But we have to smoke this herbal stuff like it’s weed … It always hurts my throat.”
Glazer responded: “I know. It’s harsh.”
Another viewer posed this question to the ladies about Whoopi Goldberg’s recent “Sister Act”-inspired cameo on the show: “When Whoopi guest-starred a few weeks ago, please tell me you guys toked up together.”
Cohen beat the “Broad City” ladies to the punch: “Whoopi has brought me some beautiful vapes before. Everytime she comes, she brings a vape as a gift.”
Glazer handled this answer for the comedy duo, referencing again the impossibility of getting high while shooting a television show: “(Whoopi) likes the oil, I like the flower … We just saw her on ‘The View,’ and we were like, ‘Let’s blaze before dinner, and then we’ll get dinner.'”
