They say you can’t keep a good man down, and apparently you can’t keep stoners traveling to their Mecca from getting high.

Parts of the Amsterdam Cannabis Cup were shut down on Sunday, leaving many visitors to the ‘Dam confused — more so than usual. As of Monday morning, most of the festivities were back on track, though not quite as well-rounded as originally intended.
