More people joining in Denver County Fair pot lawsuit

Seven people are now named as plaintiffs in a class-action lawsuit against a company accused of giving people samples of marijuana-laced chocolate at the Denver County Fair’s “Pot Pavilion,” which was supposed to be drug-free.

The suit, filed Aug. 25 in Denver District Court by the law firm Frascona, Joiner, Goodman and Greenstein, P.C., alleges that representatives of Beyond Broadway LLC, doing business as both Full Melt Chocolate and LivWell, handed out the chocolates Aug. 1-3.

The suit is open to all people served THC chocolates by Beyond Broadway LLC at the fair.
