In Jerome County, she fought a legal battle for custody of her children.
Osborne gave her 3-year-old pot-infused butter to calm her and help with the seizures. When she later took the toddler to the doctor, she tested positive for marijuana and the doctor reported it.
The incident prompted the Department of Health and Welfare to take Osborne’s two children and place them in the custody of her ex-husband.
Her lawyer Tom Curl said Thursday that the judge ruled that for now, Osborne still cannot have custody of her children.
