Update: Two suspects tied to Carbondale pot shop robbery in court

Two suspects arrested in an armed robbery of a Carbondale pot shop appeared Tuesday in court.

The robbery happened at about 10 a.m. Monday at the Sweet Leaf Marijuana Dispensary, according to a Carbondale Police Department media release.

Police identified the suspects who appeared Tuesday as Aurturo-Nuno Cervantes, 20, and Erick Jose Colon, 25; both of Glenwood Springs.

Stolen in the robbery was $1,000 in cash, along with marijuana and marijuana concentrate.

Police have impounded two vehicle in the case.

Both men are being held on $200,000 bond.
