It’s no secret: Business is booming at Colorado cannabis companies. The partners at Medically Correct, which produces the popular and well-regarded Incredibles brand edibles (known for their foil-like packaging and uncanny flavors), have a compelling story of growth.
Is there a better job assignment than going into Trader Joe’s to pick out stoner food? I think not.
By now you’ve likely heard the news of the Denver County Fair’s expansion in 2014 to include a “Pot Pavilion.” They talked about it on “The View” and Jimmy Kimmel. And yes, they will judge the county’s best cloned plants, pot brownies, homemade bongs, hemp garments and more.
It smells like cannabis in Julie Dooley’s northeast Denver commercial kitchen. It’s not the pungent Cheech and Chong odor though. It’s slightly aromatic and not at all unpleasant.
