San Jose firefighters discovered an illegal marijuana growing operation Sunday morning, after responding to reports of a structure fire.
The blaze was in a home near the 3000 block of Tulare Drive, according to police spokesman Sgt. Enrique Garcia.
The home’s electrical supply was modified, making “the scene especially dangerous” until the utility company, Pacific Gas and Electric, was able to secure the power source, the San Jose Fire Department tweeted Sunday morning.
