Denver police doled out marijuana-linked citations and arrests to 196 people over the April 20 — known as 4/20 — cannabis holiday weekend, officials said Tuesday.
Police said the arrests and citations were made and issued between Saturday and the pot enthusiasts’ holiday on Monday.
The citations and arrests accounted for the majority of the 243 total citations issued and arrests made over the three-day span.
