POLL: What’s a realistic price for retail cannabis in Washington state?

The current price of retail marijuana in Washington is $15-$20 per gram.

Do you think that’s a fair price for the state’s brand new pot shops to be asking?

The consumer doesn’t see many of the state’s demands on shops selling recreational marijuana. Any shop owner will tell you about the regulations and paperwork, the fees and taxes, the restrictions and limitations involved with running a legal marijuana business in the gray area of federal law.

But does that make it any easier to pay upwards of $25-$30 per gram — a hefty price for retail cannabis?
