Slightly Stoopid to headline music-and-marijuana festival in South Park

The first of its kind to celebrate music, art and recreationally legalized cannabis (outside of 4/20), the new South Park Music Festival will make its inaugural appearance at American Safari Ranch in Fairplay, Colorado, this summer.

Slightly Stoopid, Tech N9ne, Paper Diamond, Matisyahu, Collie Buddz, Heroes X Villains, Flobots, Kottonmouth Kings, Blackalicious, Souls of Mischief, Alien Ant Farm and other typical weed-friendly artists will perform on three stages during the three-day event on July 3-5. (Note: This festival isn’t related to the South Park Music Festival of old.)

On the cannabis side of things, organizers promise “a variety of cannabis-curated workshops including presentations on the current state of recreational cannabis and instructional information on how to grow and purchase cannabis properly,” according to a news release.

Tickets are on sale now at the festival website and cost $50-$350 for VIP passes and camping.
