4/20 eve music: Paper Diamond in Denver

If there’s any date you want your electronic act to play a Denver show it’s 4/20. So it makes sense that Colorado producer Paper Diamond changed his March 15 show at the Ogden Theatre to accommodate the day to celebrate weed.

Now taking place on 4/19 (or 4/20 Eve as we’ve dubbed it) the show has been renamed the “Colorado Cold Crush — A 4/20 Celebration.”

“Colorado! For the past 3 years I’ve played 4/19-4/20, and when the opportunity arose to do it again this year, I had to take it,” Paper Diamond’s Alex B said in a Facebook post. “There was initially some confusion between us and the venue, but we have now switched the March date to celebrate with you all on 4/19.”

All tickets to the March 15 show will be honored on April 19.

So far the only other April 19-20 shows announced are Drive-By Truckers at the Fillmore Auditorium and Slightly Stoopid at Red Rocks.
