Fountain convenience store owner arrested on charge of selling spice

Fountain police have arrested the owner of a Kwik Way Store for allegedly distributing synthetic marijuana, a.k.a. spice, which contains illegal synthetic cannabinoids that mimic the effect of marijuana.

Police arrested Kong Hoon Kim on Saturday. Kim owns the store at 955 Lake Ave.

Police said they recovered about 96 grams of Spice from the business.
