Wiz Khalifa doesn’t want to be called a stoner anymore

It was only about six months ago that Wiz Khalifa co-headlined the biggest pot-themed concert on Colorado’s first 4/20 with recreationally legal weed. He’s working on an album with the figurehead of weed himself, Snoop Dogg. At the 4/20 show earlier this year, Wiz never stopped smoking on stage, then he announced that it was time for a smoke break. Most of his songs are considered stoner anthems.

But, the guy you might remember from such hits as “Roll Up,” “So High” and the album “Rolling Papers” doesn’t want you to think of him as a stoner anymore, he said in an interview with HardKnockTV.

Wiz said what? Head over to Reverb for the rest of the story and see more photos from Red Rocks 4/20 too.
