Miguel Lopez is the man who pulls the permit annually for the big 4/20 rally in Denver’s Civic Center. With the big day out only two months away, Lopez is a busy man.

The Denver Post editorial board recently hosted Lopez — a longtime marijuana advocate in Colorado known for his passionate, if meandering, activism — for one of its Round Table discussions.
